Ingredients
eight chicken drumsticks (chook laps)
1 small bowl barbecue sauce
1 large stock dice (Maggi, Knorr and many others)
1 teaspoon thyme
Salt (to flavor)
Black pepper powder (to flavor)
Onion powder (to taste)
Directions for making Barbecue Chicken Drumsticks
Clean the chicken, putting off all tiny feathers and rinse very well.
Place in a bowl and add the tiny pieces of thyme, salt, onion powder, floor black pepper and inventory cubes (overwhelmed).
Massage the seasoning and spices into the chicken.
Cover the bowl with aluminium foil or thin plastic movie and place inside the fridge for at the least 1 hour to marinate. For this fish fry chicken, I depart mine in the refrigerator overnight. This is so that the seasoning and spices can have time to seep into the hen making it flavor better.
When the favored time has elapsed, set your oven to top and down heating (bake) and 220°C or 425F and go away to preheat for about 10 mins.
Line your oven tray with a baking sheet and gently lay the marinated drumsticks flat on the baking sheet. You can also use aluminium foil in case you do not have a baking sheet.
Bake within the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning the drumsticks on the other facet sometimes. It is prepared while you word a few browning at the drumsticks.
Using a brush, practice one coat of barbeque sauce all over the chook drumsticks.
Put returned in the oven for approximately five mins and apply any other coat.
Repeat this procedure of applying a skinny coat of barbecue sauce, placing again within the oven to dry a piece till you get the coverage you want.
