How to cook Unripe plantain and Akidi beans porridge

Ingredients

  1. 5 fingers unripe plantain
  2. 7 cups Akidi beans
  3. 1 onion bulb medium(chopped)
  4. 6 fresh pepper (blended)
  5. 4 tablespoon crayfish (ground)
  6. 4 cube maggi
  7. 1 cup palm oil
  8.  salt
  9. 4 dry fish

Steps

  1. Peel unripe plantain wash and cut into shape put in a clean pot.Put maggi and salt little water place on heat about 10 min.  
  2. Add pepper,crayfish and onion for 5min,wash akidi beans cut and add to the pot after 10min wash dry fish and add.  
  3. Add palm oil after 3min stir and turn of heat.  
  4. Food is ready very delicious.
