- Ripe / Unripe Plantain: as many pieces as you can eat!
- Palm Oil
- Hot Chilli Pepper
Wash the plantain and reduce every fruit into or three portions relying on how massive the fruits are.
Put in a pot, upload some water and set to cook dinner.
Meanwhile chop the onions and chilli pepper.
Heat some oil (just sufficient heat to melt it). Pour in a plate and upload the chopped onions and chilli pepper. Add salt to taste.
Cook the plantain till executed, add some salt in your flavor and allow to simmer for a few more minutes. If the usage of ripe plantains, make sure to observe the cooking intently as it will get carried out faster than unripe plantains.
The boiled plantain is prepared to be served. Remember to dispose of the peels before ingesting!
